In this event, you’ll have to code your way through the tricky and most intricate of problem statements, do this better and faster than everything else, and still have enough left in you for the next round.
This battle, you see, is not going to be an easy one.

  • This is a 2 hour ACM ICPC style coding event.
  • This is an individual event which will contain a single online round with problem set of 5 or 6 problems.
  • The contest will be conducted on www.spoj.pl.
  • The aim is to solve the maximum possible number of problems..
  • The participants should register at the Abacus website as well as at www.spoj.pl.
  • Only participants who have registered on both spoj and Abacus websites will be eligible for prizes.
  • Participants are ranked by total number of problems solved and ties are resolved by time consumed.
  • Every wrong submission adds a penality of 20 minutes to the time consumed for that problem. The time consumed for a problem is calculated in minutes relative to the start of the contest.
  • Each problem carries one point regardless of the toughness of the problem, with no partial credit for any problem.

  • Discussion with other participants is not allowed during the contest and will lead to disqualification.
