The word ABACUS no longer evokes images of the good-old counting frame of the medieval times. What turns up instead is a throng of humanity battling it out to emerge supreme. Abacus is the Annual technical symposium of CSEA, College of Engineering, Guindy. The 2011 edition was a roaring success with innumerable students from across as many as 400 engineering colleges of India participating in events spanning all technical verticals. And this year, it is back with a bang featuring a gradient of events, making it supreme over the other fests, giving itself a new dimension.
